Fair refund policy
If a student requests a refund on unused sessions, we review the request against our policy. Sessions you've already delivered are protected — you keep what you've earned.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Creating a coach profile is free. We only earn when you earn — a commission is taken from each session.
When do I receive my money?
Each confirmed session is released to your balance after a 48-hour dispute window. We pay out all available earnings once a month.
What if a student cancels or disputes a session?
Students have 48 hours after check-in to dispute a session. If no dispute, it counts as confirmed. Disputes are reviewed by our team.
Do I need my own venue or equipment?
You decide. Add the gyms, studios, parks, or cafes where you already teach. You can also offer online sessions if your category allows it.
Why do coaches get verified?
Verified coaches appear higher in search and inspire trust with new students. We check your profile, credentials, and initial reviews.
Do I need to speak English?
It helps, since most students are expats — but you list every language you speak and students filter by language. Even basic English is enough for many categories.
